Founded in 1978, Inner City Redevelopment Corporation (ICRC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3)-tax exempt development organization. ICRC is governed by an active Board of Directors made up of members representing small business leaders, professionals, community residents, bank executives and industrial experts.
